BAM would like to welcome you to register your interest in attending a Construction Work Taster Day at the Perth City Hall on Wednesday 22^nd March 2023 or Monday 3^rd April 2023.

We are looking for two young people who either:

• have an interest in construction and would like to see different job roles before applying for courses/apprenticeships; or
• already know what area of construction they want to work in, and a Work Taster will be a helpful insight before starting a career.

What will this involve?

This Work Taster will involve the following activities;

• Introduction to Health & Safety and the site team.
• Site tour – meeting subcontractors/explanation of job roles and job shadowing.
• CV development & interview prep/mock interview.
• End of day evaluation.

Essential Information;

• PPE is essential and will be provided by BAM.
• The participant must bring their own lunch.
• There is no on-site parking, advice can be given where to park if applicable.
• The Work Taster day will be from 9am – 4pm.
